Blue Submarine No. 6 premiered in the US on the Cartoon Network on November 6, 2000, after being released an OVA in Japan as as "Ao No Roku Gô" in 1998. The series takes places in a future time, with the sea levels dramatically risen and humanity on the losing side of a mysterious war. The story revolves around the Blue Submarine No. 6, a futuristic submarine with a talented military crew.
