6th Annual Golden Satellites Awards
(Presented January 19, 2002)

Golden Satellite

The International Press Academy (IPA) 6th Annual Golden Satellite Awards honor artistic and technical excellence in motion picture, television and interactive media achievements from 2001. The nominations only include films and television series released during the Eligibility Year of January 1, 2001 through December 31, 2001. To be eligible, a film must be available for a screening by the membership in the United States. For a television program to be eligible, it must have aired on access television during prime time (8:00 pm-11:00 pm Monday through Saturday; 7:00 pm-11:00 pm Sunday).
