The North County Transit District provides service from south Carlsbad to San Marcos on route 344 and has a stop in front of the ticket booths at LEGOLAND. Route 344 also connects with the Coaster rail service at Carlsbad Village Station located just a few short miles from LEGOLAND. For guests arriving at the Oceanside station, we suggest a cab to the Park. For schedules or other information on Route 344, call (800) COMMUTE.

If you wish to leave the Park and return the same day, at no charge, please have your hand stamped at the Front Gate turnstiles. Before you leave the Park, you can also upgrade your entrance ticket for a two-day ticket for only a few dollars more - or even a LEGOLAND Membership! Ask at Guest Services. Refunds or exchanges are not possible in cases of inclement weather or attraction closure.

 
Shopping PassPark Info  •  May 3, 2008

f you are interested in just shopping at LEGOLAND, simply stop by the outside Guest Services window and request a Shopper's Pass. An imprint of your credit card will be taken and if you return within 1 hour, your card will not be charged. If you spend more than $20 while in the Park on a Shopper's Pass, your parking will be refunded. Note that parking refunds will be issued only to official Shopper's Pass guests. General Park admission guests are not eligible for parking reimbursment, regardless of amount spent inside the Park.

Most attractions at the Park are accessible to disabled guests, depending on the nature of the disability. Detailed health restrictions are posted at each ride. A special brochure is available at Guests Services that outlines our facilities and general access in greater detail. Due to ADA compliance and wheelchair accessibility throughout the majority of the Park, a ride exit pass is not available. For further details, you may call (760) 918-LEGO.

Wheelchairs and motorized carts are available for rental at the The Marketplace in "The Beginning".
Wheelchair Rental Fee: $10 plus $2 deposit
Electric Wheelchair Rental Fee: $35.00 plus you must leave your Driver's License

Rentals are first-come, first-served. No reservations required.

A Model Mom Baby Care Center is centrally located in the Fun Town area of the park, close to Driving School and the FunTown Market Restaurant. Here you will find a baby-changing area with diapers, rocking chairs for nursing mothers and highchairs, as well as a refrigerator and microwave for preparing baby's meal.

Unfortunately, personal checks are not accepted. Travelers checks are accepted throughout the Park, excluding carts. Valid photo ID required.

Dropping off family members or out of town guests? Before you approach the LEGOLAND California parking toll booths, look for the large WELCOME structure on your left, made of thousands of LEGO bricks! Simply turn left into this horsehoe-shaped area, where you are welcome to drop off your guests.

Located close to the Park entrance, our outdoor shaded kennels are available for free on a first-come, first-served basis. Park guests should bring their own pet supplies, i.e. water/food dish, etc. Please stop by Guest Services upon arriving at the Park to sign up for the kennel and to receive your key. Please note that the kennel area is not supervised by Park personnel. A small refundable deposit is required.

In line with family-friendly values and top priority for the safety of children, LEGOLAND California is a smoke-free park and smoking is therefore prohibited within the park. Guests wishing to smoke may exit the Park gates to do so. A designated smoking section is available outside of the Park for those guests that choose to smoke.
