Meanwhile, Chuck performs on a stage of his own after his managers set up a music showcase for record executives. Will they give Chuck the thumbs up? And while Chucks career moves forward, Matt and Jeff continue to struggle, but find solace in making music at local honkytonks. Later, Nashville heartthrob Clint Moseley throws a big Nashville-style BBQ and all of young Nashville shows up, causing Rachel to question Clint's true intentions and turn to her friends Sarah and Lindsey for help.

After Mika and Clint patch up their relationship, Clint has a special date with someone else. And, when Lindsey steps in to help Clint sort out his feelings, Rachel and Sarah suspect that Lindsey's true colors have come out.
