A&E Network will present a one-time only advance online screening of the premiere episode of Steven Seagal Lawman, the new Real-Life series that will chronicle martial arts expert and international film star Steven Seagal's extraordinary life in law enforcement. Streaming on Wednesday, November 18 at 8pm ET, two weeks prior to its premiere on the linear network, the episode will be available at AETV.com alongside new digital extensions of the series including an online game, short-form videos and more. The sneak peek will be viewable on AETV.com's widescreen player on the Steven Seagal Lawman site (http://www.aetv.com/seagal). The episode will run twice in a row, so viewers tuning-in late will be able to catch the show in its entirety in the second airing. A&E presents The Jacksons: A Family Dynasty, a new real-life series that will chronicle the personal and professional lives of Jackie, Jermaine, Tito and Marlon as they prepare for a Jackson Five reunion, while also coming to terms with Michael's tragic loss. This January, 12 of the most hopeless cooks in the country will compete in a high-stakes elimination series in Worst Cooks in America. At stake for the last two standing is the chance to cook for a panel of esteemed culinary critics and win the grand prize of $25,000. Premiering Sunday, January 3rd at 10pm ET/PT, the five-week series will put the "recruits: through a culinary boot camp led by two acclaimed chefs: Anne Burrell, host of Food Network's Secrets of a Restaurant Chef, and Beau MacMillan, executive chef at elements in Phoenix.
Under the tutelage of Chef Anne and Chef Beau, the recruits are split into two teams. They learn valuable culinary skills from their team leaders, which are then tested in a series of high-pressure challenges. Based on their performances, the recruits will be narrowed down each week until two are left standing to face the final challenge: prepare a three-course, restaurant-quality meal for a panel of food critics that thinks the dishes have been prepared by chefs Anne and Beau. On the line are the chefs' professional reputations and $25,000 for the newly-crowned kitchen hero. The winner will be revealed during the finale on Monday, February 1st at 9pm ET/PT.

Production begins this December on Season 2 of What Would Brian Boitano Make?, it was announced by Food Network. Slated to premiere in early March 2010 the series, produced by Concentric Entertainment, will shoot 10 new episodes throughout the winter and follow Olympic figure skater Brian Boitano as he demonstrates his culinary skills and talent for one-of-a-kind entertaining in his San Francisco home. Coming off a successful premiere season of the Food Network series, Brian will explore lively new menus and clever entertaining tips in each new unpredictable adventure.

Dark Horse and 72 Productions have teamed up for Deadlocke (releasing November 18, 2009), a special one shot comic book tie-in to Christopher Krovatin's Venomous which is currently in the works as a feature film. Deadlocke mixes real life and young adult themes with escapist comic book fantasy to tell the story of a Manhattan teenager whose world is turned upside down when the dark alter ego who exists in his drawings threatens to take over his life. Novel author and screenwriter Chris Krovatin's other credits include 2005's Heavy Metal And You. This special comic tie-in is written by Rex Mundi and Arvid Nelson, and illustrated by Nick Stakal.

Food Network stars Mario Batali, Bobby Flay and Emeril Lagasse travel to the White House to take part in an unprecedented culinary competition in Super Chef Battle, a special two-hour episode of Iron Chef America. Greeted by First Lady Michelle Obama, the chefs are joined by White House Executive Chef Cristeta Comerford and receive their challenge: create a meal for America using The White House Kitchen Garden's produce as their secret ingredients. The special episode premieres Sunday, January 3rd at 8pm ET/PT.
Iron Chef America commentator Alton Brown explains that the Chairman has sent the three Food Network chefs to Washington, D.C. for a very special battle and introduces Chef Cristeta Comerford, who will also take part in the competition. The group is then greeted by the First Lady, who explains that the chefs will be allowed to use anything found in The White House Kitchen Garden to help them create their meals. After receiving their challenge, the chefs are split into two teams: Flay and Comerford versus Batali and Lagasse. The chefs immediately head to the garden where they are tasked with harvesting their ingredients. Then it's off to Kitchen Stadium where the battle begins. Each team must produce five dishes that showcase the ingredients they selected from the garden and that represent the ultimate American meal. The judges include: chef and best-selling cookbook author Nigella Lawson; Olympic gold medalist Natalie Coughlin; and actress, author and designer Jane Seymour. Ted Allen assists as a guest floor reporter. Iron Chef America is produced by Triage Entertainment.

American Dad has been renewed for a sixth season. The renewal means that all three series from Seth MacFarlane (American Dad, Family Guy, and The Cleveland Show) have been renewed through the 2010-2011 television season.
