The Secret Squirrel Show premiered on NBC on October 2, 1965 as part of The Atom Ant/Secret Squirrel Show, along with Atom Ant, Squiddly Diddly, Precious Pupp, Hillbilly Bears, and Winsome Witch.. Beginning in 1967, the Atom Ant and Secret Squirrel cartoons were split into their own separate shows, airing the same Secret Squirrel or Atom Ant episodes (depending on which show) from the older series. Secret Squirrel wore a trenchcoat and acted like James Bond, along with his sidekick Morocco Mole. They had spy assignments all over the world and had to thwart danger wherever they went. This show was a Hanna-Barbera Production.
