From The Los Angeles International Airport: Follow signs from the terminal to the 105 Freeway. Take the 105 Freeway East to the 110 Harbor Freeway North. After passing through the downtown area, get on the 101 Hollywood Freeway North. Follow the 101 Freeway to the Universal Studios Blvd. exit. Turn right on to Universal Studios Blvd. and follow the signs to Universal Studios and the parking areas.

From The Burbank-Glendale-Pasadena Airport: Exit the terminal and go South on Hollywood Way. Follow signs to the 134 Freeway. Take the 134 Freeway West and exit at Cahuenga Blvd. Turn left and head South on Cahuenga. Cahuenga will dead-end at Lankershim Blvd. Turn Left on Lankershim and follow the signs to Universal Studios.

From Hollywood: Take the 101 Hollywood Freeway North to Universal Studios Blvd. and follow signs to Universal Studios Hollywood.

From Santa Monica: Take the 10 Santa Monica Freeway East to the 405 Freeway North. Exit to the 101 Ventura Freeway East/South. (Signs to Los Angeles.) Continue on the 101 Freeway and exit on Lankershim Blvd. Turn right and follow the signs to Universal Studios Hollywood.

From Disneyland: Take the 5 Golden State Freeway North. Exit to the 101 Hollywood Freeway North. Continue on the 101 Freeway and exit at Universal Studios Blvd. Turn right on to Universal Studios Blvd. and follow the signs to Universal Studios and the parking areas.

There is a subway station at Universal City, on the Metro Red Line. Also, numerous public bus routes stop at Universal City. For rail and bus schedules and more information, call MTA at (800) COMMUTE, or (213) 626-4455 or visit http://www.mta.net/. Across the street from the subway station and the bus stop is a free Universal Studios shuttle bus. This free shuttle will conveniently take you to Universal Studios Hollywood and CityWalk Hollywood. Shuttles run approximately every 15 minutes during the following hours:

Sunday to Thursday: 7:00 a.m. to 11:00 p.m.
Friday and Saturday: 7:00 a.m. to 12:30 a.m.

Many rides, shows, attractions, escalators, and parking structures are designed to comfortably accommodate guests in a wheelchair or guests with other special needs. With two weeks notice sign language interpreting services will be made available in Universal Studios Hollywood at no charge. To arrange for sign language interpreting services please contact Guest Relations at 1-800-UNIVERSAL or e-mail guestrelations@universalstudioshollywood.com. Any cancellations made within 72 hours are subject to a fee.

In addition to sign language interpreting services, closed captioning and assistive listening devices can be made available for your visit. For guests with hearing impairments, Telecommunication Devices for the Deaf (TDDs) and TTY telephones are located at Guest Relations. Pay telephones with amplification devices are also located throughout the park. Please see the Rider's Guide at Guest Relations for more information.

For your enjoyment and convenience, Universal Studios Hollywood's shopping and dining facilities are designed to be wheelchair accessible. Also, outdoor stage shows have areas reserved for guests with disabilities. These areas are clearly marked with the International Symbol of Accessibility. If you need access to these areas please notify the Universal Studios personnel at the venue who will assist you.

Service Animals are welcome in all of the restaurant and merchandise locations, attraction queues and most other locations throughout Universal Studios Hollywood. Additionally, there are specific entry/boarding requirements for each attraction to assist the service animal's owner in making an informed decision about their animal's safe admission. Please consult the listing for each ride and attraction in the Rider's Guide or the designated entrance signs for more information.

Due to the dramatic movement of the ride vehicles and certain special effects at Universal Studios Hollywood, oxygen tanks are not permitted at the following locations - Back to the Future: The Ride, Jurassic Park River Adventure, Revenge Of The Mummy: The Ride, Backdraft, and the Studio Tour. For Water World, Shrek 4-D and Terminator 2-3D please find an attraction attendant for assistance.

Pregnant guests should speak with a cast member at Backdraft, Shrek 4-D and Terminator 2: 3D prior to experiencing the attraction and they will be placed in special stationary seats.
