Weakest Link premiered on NBC on April 16, 2001. The series is a primetime game show based upon the UK show of the same name. The show is essentially across between Survivor and Who Wants To Be A Millionaire. The series is a reality-based game show that features a team of people who will answer questions as a team to build an increasingly growing pot of money. Along the way, the players will get to vote one of their teammates off the show when they are determined to be the "weakest link." At the end, one contestant will be left and he or she will get all the money. The host, Anne Robinson, also hosted the UK version of the show.
